Shipping policy

Where we ship: all 50 U.S. states. Expedited shipping may not be available to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.

Shipping cost: standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders from $50 to $150 also qualify for free expedited shipping where it's available. Faster options are offered at checkout.

When it ships: most orders leave our U.S. warehouse the same or next business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day, and busy periods can take up to 3 business days.

Transit times: standard 3-5 business days; expedited 2-3 business days; priority overnight. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and shipping upgrades aren't refunded if a carrier runs late.

Split shipments: a multi-item order sometimes ships in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages: once a package is with the carrier we can't replace it, but email hello@babebasics.com and we'll help you file a claim.

Address errors: please double-check your address. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we can reship it at your cost.
