We want you to love the items you buy, so our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible in any loss in value for both the product and the packaging. Shoes must be shipped in a mailer, not just the shoebox; $2 will be deducted from your refund if a mailer is not used.
We will provide a prepaid return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, $7 will be deducted from your refund whether you use our label or ship on your own. Return shipping label costs apply to each order returned, even if the same label is used for multiple orders. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on complimentary items or Route shipping protection.
If you have selected free expedited shipping at checkout and your order value goes below $50 as a result of a return, $5 will be deducted from your return to cover the expedited shipping.
In order to return your item, please submit your request here. We will send you a prepaid label or label-less QR code when we accept your return request.
Items discounted 30% or greater are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Wholesale orders (including full-price samples) are not eligible for returns. Returns sent 30+ days after delivery (even if the wrong item was sent) using an expired prepaid label or undeliverable items returned to sender are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Teethers are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.
USPS SLOWDOWN IS IN EFFECT BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2021. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN ORDERING FOR HOLIDAYS, EVENTS, VACATIONS, OR SPECIAL DATES. Orders that arrive after expected will not be refunded due to late carrier delivery and discounts will not be adjusted after an order is placed.
