Return Policy

You can return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Start your return here and we'll email you a prepaid label.

What it costs

• $7 return shipping is deducted from your refund, whether you use our label or your own. It applies to each order returned, even if one label covers several.
• Original shipping costs aren't refunded.
• Shoes must go back in a mailer, or $2 is deducted.
• If you got free expedited shipping and a return brings the order under $50, $5 is deducted to cover it.

What can't be returned

• Items discounted 30% or more, and Outlet items
• Wholesale orders and samples
• Gift cards
• Returns without an approved return request

Returns sent more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We refund within about 48 hours of receiving your return.
